Q: Can I specify a delivery date?
A: You can specify this in the shopping cart.
Q: What is the expiration date?
A: You can eat it raw for 4 days including the shipping date. On the 5th day, please eat it cooked.
Example: If shipping on January 1st, the product is for eating raw until January 4th and for cooking until January 5th
Q: How many oysters are included?
A: Shelled oysters are about 10 oysters per kg, and shucked oysters are about 22 oysters per 500g. (As of February 1, 2022)
Q: What about shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are as follows:
・Flat rate shipping: 550 yen , free for purchases of 3,000 yen or more
Special shipping fee (Hokkaido): 770 yen Free for purchases of 7,000 yen or more
・Special shipping fee (Okinawa): 990 yen Free for purchases of 7,000 yen or more
Q: How many days will it take to arrive?
A: After confirming your order, we will ship it within 1-3 business days (or according to the specified date if there is a specified date).
We will then notify you by email that your order has been shipped.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: You can choose from credit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, carrier payment, or PayPay.
Q: Can I cancel?
A: We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been prepared for shipping.
*Once the product is ready, we will send you an email to inform you that the product has been shipped.
Q: Can I change the delivery address?
A: Yes, up until two days before the specified delivery date. We cannot accept changes to the delivery address after the item has been shipped, so please contact Yamato Transport directly.
Q: I haven't received a confirmation email.
A: If your registered email address is with Docomo, au, or Softbank, there may be a restriction on receiving emails. We will contact you from koeisuisan.jp@gmail.com, so please register the domain or remove the restriction.
