As part of the "Single Seed Oyster Network" exchange seminar to commemorate the establishment of SEAPA Japan, 40 oyster experts came to Sakae. Using SEAPA baskets and SED underwater graders, they introduced the "Ako Crystal" oysters, which have a uniform, deep cup and overturn the conventional notion of large, rugged oysters, and the production process of single seed oysters.
